Terms of Service

1. The service

Digi GHL Sync is a Shopify embedded app that performs one-way synchronization of selected store data (customers, orders, products, and abandoned checkouts) into a merchant-configured GoHighLevel location, plus related segmentation and offer tooling described in the Admin UI.

Shopify remains the source of truth. The App does not write GoHighLevel data back into Shopify catalogs or orders.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to install apps on the Shopify store and to provide a valid GoHighLevel Private Integration Token for the target location. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for scopes granted to both Shopify and GHL.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the App only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent billing, authentication, or rate limits.
• Do not use the App to process data you are not authorized to process under applicable privacy laws and your agreements with customers.
• You remain responsible for compliance with Shopify’s Partner and Acceptable Use policies and GoHighLevel’s terms.

4. Billing

Paid plans are charged through Shopify Billing according to the plan you select in the App. Taxes, refunds, and charge disputes are handled under Shopify’s billing processes. Unpaid or cancelled subscriptions may limit access to paid features.

5. Third-party services

The App depends on Shopify and GoHighLevel APIs. Outages, API changes, or account suspensions on those platforms may interrupt sync. We are not responsible for third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You instruct us to process shop and customer data as needed to provide the sync features you enable.

7. Intellectual property

The App, branding, and related materials remain the property of App Studio and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your Shopify or GHL data to us.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that sync will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that GHL will accept every payload.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Studio’s total liability arising from the App will not exceed the fees you paid for the App through Shopify in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss in third-party systems.

10. Suspension and termination

You may uninstall the App at any time from Shopify Admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by Shopify or law, or if continued operation poses security risk. After uninstall, processing of new webhooks for your shop stops; retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and Shopify compliance webhooks.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the changes, except where prohibited by law.
